Bookstores are more than retail spaces. They are part of the communities around them. On May Day, we’re choosing to pause business and stand with workers calling for a more just future.

The Bryn Mawr Book Store, founded in 1971, is one of the few remaining used bookstores in the Boston area. It is a virtual treasure trove, selling fine used and rare books at reasonable prices. We have more than 30,000 books on all imaginable subjects in our store and online at Abe Books.
Proceeds from The Bryn Mawr Book Store are used to fund scholarships to Bryn Mawr College for students from New England.
