Please bring us ONLY books which meet our donation guidelines below. Our storage space is limited, and we can only accept donations of books that we will be able to sell.
Please CALL US (617-661-1770) BEFORE bringing your donation to us to make sure that we have staff and space that day to accept your donation. We ask you to please limit your donation to 2-3 boxes (or bags) at a time. Thank you.

DONATION DROP-OFF GUIDELINES
- Please bring books to the store when the store is open
- PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE BOOKS OUTSIDE WHEN THE STORE IS CLOSED
- Please call and speak to the staff before delivering large donations
- Please call and speak to the staff if you have any questions about delivering a donation
- Parking is available in the driveway behind the store for donation drop-offs

What amount of books counts as a large donation?
We ask that, without prior arrangement, you do not bring us more than 3-4 boxes of books in one sitting. We do not have much triage or storage space.
We assume that you do not take music?
Do you mean recorded music or sheet music? We have limited space for recorded music (CDs, etc.) but we’re happy to take a small amount of sheet music.
I have a number of history books, some more modern than others. None are in poor condition, but not sure they would be what you want. Could I prepare a list of the books (title, author, publisher,that sort of thing) to see if any of these would be acceptable for donation? Thanks. Ouida Young
